Please click on the Fresh service app, it will take you to the ticketing system.  Please click on the +New on the top right corner.

 

 

 

 

Click on Tickets > Incident 

 

 

 

Fill the Ticket details along with your department. 

 

 

Please ensure that the ticket contains a proper category, priority and problem description along with supported screenshot/error messages, if any.  This information will help us to serve you in an effective manner. Based on category and description of the ticket, IT Ops representative will be assigned to resolve the ticket. IT Ops rep will attend to the ticket as per the assigned priority.
