Note: Please login a Helpdesk Ticket to get any assistance and also ensure that the ticket contains a proper Problem description along with error messages, if any. It helps us to serve you promptly.

 

The Helpdesk support representative will assign the ticket and attend the call as per the priority. The concerned support person will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Once the issue gets resolved, the concerned support person will change the status of the ticket from Open to Resolved. Later, the user will verify the change and confirm the closure of ticket or mark the ticket status as Closed.
